Commis Chef - Daytime

Mulroy's Londis, Castlebar are recruiting for the role of Commis Chef.

This role would suit an experienced Commis Chef who has a passion for fresh food / deli preparation.

Responsibilities

• Preparing excellent food for our customers.
• Assisting in the preparation and presentation of food to a consistently high standard in line with company requirements.
• Achieving and maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene and quality in line with company procedures.
• Assisting with stock takes on a regular basis; monitoring stock levels and ordering stock as required.
• Monitoring of and ensuring compliance with health & safety standards in the kitchen.
• Complying with and maintaining quality standards.
• Communicating effectively with colleagues; manager and other relevant stakeholders.
• Representing the company on a day to day basis to the best of your ability.
