P/T Legal Bookkeeper

A medium sized firm in Dublin city centre is seeking to recruit a part time Legal Bookkeeper for immediate start to join their team.
Role and your responsibilities:
- Maintenance of up-to-date books and records;
- Processing day to day transactions;
- Understanding and ensuring full compliance with Law Society Accounting Regulations;
- Dealing with all bank payments;
- Bank reconciliations;
- Performing day and month end routines;
- Revenue returns - managing VAT and PAYE/PRSI, Stamp Duty and IT38s.
Qualifications required:
- Small practice experience;
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel;
- Working knowledge of Lex;
- Legal accounts experience preferred.
