This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team within the Sales office We are looking for individuals who will support and drive Chanelle Pharma’s vision to be the most valued global provider of high quality, competitively priced pharmaceutical products and to provide excellent services and support to our customers.
In this role you will report into the Veterinary Sales Office Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Taking incoming orders/queries from customers, processing orders, resolving incoming customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Responsible for the Area Sales Mangers assigned to you
- Responsible for Releasing Backorders
- May be responsible for covering Control Drugs licences and update on all records for the Department.
- Responsible for TB repairs and log
- Relief on switch as per roster.
- Processing faxes/e-mails for Pet Orders & Vet Orders.
- Processing cash sales for Pet and Vet Sales.
- Responsible for a day of Telesales in the absence of a customer accounts executive.
- Be available to work overtime when required.
- Attend launches, seminars and exhibitions relating to work from time to time.
- Customer visits.
- Assist in other areas of the Sales Office when required.
- Responsible for entering and releasing Export orders on perito
COMPETENCIES:
- Organizational skills, personal efficiency, time management skills and the ability to prioritize competing demands are key communication skills.
- Ability to liase with customer and area sales managers in a polite and professional manner.
- Can follow procedures and work practices and am not afraid of change.
- Can time manage effectively and believe in getting it right first time.
- Should have at least 2 years’ experience in Sales office environment
- Should be motivated and responsible.
- Should be able to work on own initiative and work very well as part of a team.
- Should be calm and work well with customers
- Should have a strong work ethic and believe quality is all our responsibility.
QUALIFICATION:
- Experience in Sales for 2 years
- Fetac Level 5 in Word and Excel
- Excellent written and communication skills
