You will play a vital role in supporting the front-line operations of our business. · Responsibility for operating the Bakewell in accordance with the Bakewell operation manual, policies, and procedures. · You will be accountable for general administrative and daily staffing duties as well as providing leadership. · Driving sales and achieving sales targets · Administration tasks to ensure the highest performance of the store through cash management, stock control and motivating employees by assisting in the training, coaching and development of the team. · Comply with all legislation in relation to Health and Food Safety throughout the daily operations of the store. Overview We have an opportunity for someone to join our maintenance team to manage the maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities in operation at Tirlan Drogheda. Liaise with external contractors for the maintenance and repair of same. As part of the Maintenance Technician Team, the successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining the preventative maintenance system to pre-determined guidelines. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor, the role will be salary based and include a five over six-day work pattern.
