Three Ireland to hire 15 people in grad recruitment drive

Telecoms giant gets ready to mentor the next generation. Three Ireland is launching a new two-year 

graduate programme

 that will begin in 2018, with 15 paid learning opportunities for graduates. The company is preparing to mentor the 15 people in areas including IT and networks, finance, marketing, business, human resources and customer relations.

“We are seeking enthusiastic, adaptable and commercially oriented graduates to join our team in 2018,” said

, people and property director at Three. “Our new graduate programme will offer a world-class talent experience, unlocking our graduates’ potential and empowering them to grow in their roles.” Competitive benefits package for graduates Three is accepting applications from graduates across all disciplines who have graduated with a 2.1 degree or hold master’s qualifications. Successful candidates will join Three’s team in Dublin city centre and complete three eight-month rotations in their area of study. They will receive a competitive salary and benefits package including a handset, annual bonus, pension, healthcare, 25 days of annual leave and more. The application process for Three’s graduate programme will open on 25 September and close on 30 October 2017.
