Accounts Assistant

Permanent Role: Monday - Friday 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Processing purchase invoices and posting approved invoices onto the accounting system 
  • Managing supplier accounts and answering supplier queries
  • Monthly reconciliation of supplier accounts 
  • Bank Account Reconciliations 
  • Responding to all internal and external queries in a timely manner
  • Assisting with general accounts-related work as and when required
  • Maintain filing system 

Essential Requirements 

  • 1-2 year's experience in an accounts role 
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word 
  • Good communication skills 
  • Ability to work under pressure. 
  • Self-motivated individual with drive, enthusiasm and commitment 
  • Excellent organisational, analytical and time management skills
