Accounts Assistant

Permanent Role: Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Processing purchase invoices and posting approved invoices onto the accounting system
- Managing supplier accounts and answering supplier queries
- Monthly reconciliation of supplier accounts
- Bank Account Reconciliations
- Responding to all internal and external queries in a timely manner
- Assisting with general accounts-related work as and when required
- Maintain filing system
Essential Requirements
- 1-2 year's experience in an accounts role
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Self-motivated individual with drive, enthusiasm and commitment
- Excellent organisational, analytical and time management skills
