Accounts Personnel
Due to current expansion, a position has become available for Part-time Accounts Personnel to join our finance team.
Enviro Grind Ltd is an Environmental Reprocessing company based in Pettigo, Co Donegal. At the forefront of our industry, we deal with a variety of organic waste streams turning them into valuable commodities.
This position requires an enthusiastic person with either an accounts qualification, e.g. ATI, or proven experience in a similar position.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in use of Sage/TAS software.
- Strong accounts payable/purchase ledger posting experience.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel & Office applications.
- Excellent organisational & communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, attention to detail and numerical skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and meet deadlines.
- Ability to learn quickly and master new systems and processes to collaborate with other departments.
Main Responsibilities to include:
- Working within a team environment and liaising with the Financial Manager at all times.
- Input of Debtors and Creditors invoices to the accounting system.
- Dispatch of customer invoices and statements
- Dealing with customer/supplier queries
- Follow up on outstanding customer payments
- Assisting senior management with financial reporting/forecasting.
Rate: Dependent on ability/experience
