We are currently seeking a highly-motivated Administration Support to join our team in Dublin South East (CHO6). We have full-time opportunities within our team in Leopardstown.

Contract Type: Permanent Post.

Contract Hours: Full Time Post, 35 hours per week.

Salary Scale: €27,275 – €42,489 pro rata per annum. Salary scales are subject to LSI’s (Long Service Increments).

This pay scale is subject to increases in 2025 in accordance with the recent WRC agreement towards enhanced pay adjustments in Section 39 organisations.

Annual Leave Entitlement: 30 days pro rata per annum.

Overview of the Post:

To provide an excellent level of administrative support to the interdisciplinary team. The post holder will work closely with the Children’s Disability Network Manager and network team to ensure the efficient running of services.

The successful candidate will have:

Essential Criteria:

  • Department of Education Leaving Certificate Examination.

or

  • A relevant examination at a comparable standard in any equivalent examination in another jurisdiction.

or

  • Hold a comparable and relevant qualification of at least level 5 on the National Qualifications Framework maintained by Qualification and Quality Ireland (QQI).

And

  • A minimum of 2 years’ relevant reception/secretarial/administrative experience.
  • Excellent IT skills, including extensive use of and proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
  • Experience of working with a database software system.

Desirable Criteria:

  • A relevant secretarial/business or IT studies qualification.
  • Experience working in a health or social care setting.
