Necessary qualifications & requirements include:
- Previous experience in a similar role, including reference (preferably 2 years experience minimum)
- Willing to work hours as sometimes required and be flexible
- Being able to communicate & interact with customers and fellow team members alike
- Be of a friendly & cheery disposition
- Quality focussed – from cellar right through to customer satisfaction
- Have a passion for the business and show initiative
