Business Support Administrator

What you will be doing:
- Offering administrative support to all Business Unit team members – typing / editing documents/presentations as well as any printing, binding or scanning.
- Reception and switchboard cover
- Support to Business Unit team members .e.g. resolving hardware, software and kit issues by direction to relevant contacts
- Ordering of PPE and equipment for your team
- Organising travel arrangements
- Book external training for individuals/teams
- Support to the organising and logging staff training
- Assisting with Marketing tasks where required
- Arranging issue /return of computer equipment/mobile telephone for new starters / leavers
- Assisting the Business Support Manager (BSM) with Integrated Management System (IMS) associated administrative tasks
- Supporting new starter Induction process
- Supporting Project Managers on project setup and invoicing via the Project Finance team
- Ensuring data for timecards and expenses are completed weekly and approved
- Undertaking any other duties / responsibilities that assist the Business Support Manager and/or Directors or result in efficiencies within the office
