In support of AbbeyAutoline's continued growth, we are currently recruiting for a Commercial Account Handler to join our Agri Team.
Working in our Agri Team you will provide professional, knowledgeable advice to clients in respect of quotations, adjustments, renewals and claims for all classes of commercial insurance while providing the highest standards of customer care, service and retention.

In support of AbbeyAutoline's continued growth, we are currently recruiting for a Commercial Account Handler to join our Agri Team.
Working in our Agri Team you will provide professional, knowledgeable advice to clients in respect of quotations, adjustments, renewals and claims for all classes of commercial insurance while providing the highest standards of customer care, service and retention.
Day-To-Day:
- Liaise and negotiate with insurers to provide customer quotations and renewal invites accurately.
- Act as the first point of contact for our customers, providing an excellent customer experience.
- Achieving set monthly targets by renewing, upselling and cross-selling our products and services.
- Where necessary, visit clients and explore requirements, identifying any potential for other business and notifying the relevant departments of these opportunities.
- Identify and pursue marketing opportunities to generate business leads.
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, insurers or providers, and brokers.
- Hold 5 GCSEs at grade C or above (including Maths & English), or equivalent. This may be waived in lieu of extensive related experience.
- Have demonstrable experience working with the general insurance sales industry.
- Be computer literate, with a knowledge of computerised insurance systems.
- Have strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Act honestly, ethically and with integrity.
- Team sales bonus.
- Hours of work: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
