Social Care Worker
Clann Mór Residential & Respite CLG is a community-based charity providing person-centred support to adults with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities across County Meath. We operate multiple residential homes and a dedicated respite service, empowering individuals to live meaningful lives within their own communities. We currently provide services in Kells, Navan, and Ashbourne.
Clann Mór is a voluntary organisation, with charitable status. We are registered with HIQA.
We have full time position for: Social Care Worker (CORU Registered or in Process).
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
• Hold a Level 7 qualification on the National Framework of Qualifications in one of the following areas: Social Care/Social work or another relevant qualification.
• Demonstrate substantial experience working in residential, respite, or day service settings. supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, with the capacity to effectively carry out the full scope of responsibilities and duties associated with the role.
• Skilled in team supervision and line management, fostering professional development and maintaining high standards of care.
• Full, clean driving licence with a requirement to drive as part of the role.
• A dynamic and driven professional with a strong work ethic, clear ambition, and advanced communication skills, capable of contributing meaningfully within complex care environments and multidisciplinary teams.
• Flexible approach to work schedules, including availability for shift work, weekends, and overnight hours.
• Highly motivated to pursue ongoing training and development, viewing CPD as a vital part of professional growth.
