COMMUNITY CONNECTOR

(Individual Support Staff)

Avista, Dublin

PERMANENT, PART- TIME CONTRACT (8HPW)

PERMANENT, PART- TIME CONTRACT (16HPW)

Salary:€34,536 - €47,954 (LSI)

*Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience and pro-rated for hours of work.

It’s My Life Individualised Supports, are recruiting Community Connectors in the Dublin 15 area. The successful applicant will work with supported persons, on an individual basis to explore new opportunities, make connections based on the person’s interests and support the person’s ability to self-direct their life.
