Credit Administrator
Job Purpose Summary
The aims of the Credit Management Services department are:
The provision of professional Risk Management to maximise sales whilst protecting the business from unnecessary commercial risks
The timely collection of balances owing to the company to maximise profits and fund future sales
Role Responsibilities
Monitor and work unassigned emails received via Teamwork Desk from internal and external customers across B2B and B2C customer base in accordance with agreed guidelines and SLA’s
Drive query resolution through close liaison with all other internal departments
Review of/upload/download of information/files from customer/bank portals and entering or saving of information on to agreed systems or folders as per guidelines and SLA’s
Entering and saving specified text to CMS systems and files as per agreed guidelines and SLA’s
Build excellent relationships with customers and account managers
Facilitating credit card payments from customer with no agreed credit limits
Ad hoc duties or tasks as required
Additional Responsibilities
Intermediate Excel skills & good working knowledge of Outlook
Accuracy and attention to detail are essential
SAP competency
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
Excellent verbal and written skills
Ability to work as part of a hard working team to meet deadlines and targets
