Salary: £16252basic salary + monthly bonus, team incentives and additional benefits

About the role

You will be responsible for contacting warm leads generated from immediate consumer enquiries. You will collating information, qualifying leads and encouraging customers to use our client’s services. There will also be some administration work involved in the role.

  • Managing calls
  • Keep records in our call centre database in a comprehensible way
  • Follow "scripts" when handling different topics
  • Encourage customers to use our client’s services.
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers through open and interactive communication
  • Meet personal and team targets
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

This role is a full time position, working Monday to Sunday 8am - 9pm.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a call centre advisor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Track record of achieving targets
  • Active listening skills
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers

This role would be suitable for people with the following experience - telesales, sales advisor, business development, sales representative, sales executive, telemarketing, customer service, b2b or b2c telesales.
