Customer Service Representative
M3S are seeking a number of Customer Service Representatives to join a well-established and expanding organisation within the Financial Services Industry.
This role is based on a site in Shannon, Co. Clare.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that is eager to kick start their career within the Financial Services Industry & the successful candidates will be given the opportunity to gain their APA Qualifications.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Overall management and responsibility for a dedicated list of pre arrears and arrears mortgage accounts
- Contact customer by letter and telephone in accordance with the Codes of Conduct
- Determine and recommend loan restructuring options
- Providing a high level of customer service at all times
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
The ideal candidate:
- At least 1 - 3 years of experience in a customer service role
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organise and prioritise work
- Strong negotiation skills
