Deli Chef / Cook Manager - (€30,000 – €35,000 per annum)
38 - 40 hours working week
Ideally, this might suit a Cook or Chef who wants nice working hours, early finish - No Late Nights or unsociable hours.
Previous experience managing a deli or fresh food department is an advantage
Transport can be provided for the Successful Candidate - Company Van on offer.
Duties;
- Leading, training and motivating a team of colleague
- Completing all relevant documentation and temperature checks
- Dealing with customer queries to the highest possible standards.
- Bringing forth new ideas to increase sales and standards within the department
- Ensure food hygiene practices are complied with
- Excellent interpersonal and communication
