Despatch Coordinator

Hughes Precast Products, leading manufacturers of precast concrete products in Northern Ireland are seeking to recruit for the role of a Despatch Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be based at our site in Middletown, Co Armagh.

Role responsibilities will include:

• Communicating with customers, technical teams, sales department and production department to ensure despatch of our products runs smoothly and on time.
• Maintaining customer service levels

Applicants should have:

• Strong Administration skills
• Experience within operations / delivery / supply chain environment.
• A strong appreciation of the value of good customer service
• Excellent communication skills & telephone manner
• Ability to work under pressure
• Have strong IT Skills
