Job Description & Summary

Purpose-led work you’ll be part of

As a Digital Enablement Specialist, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. You will deliver general support across digital enablement and transformation projects, assisting with training logistics, onboarding, data collection, documentation, and stakeholder communications to ensure smooth project delivery. This role suits individuals with a broad skill set who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy contributing to digital transformation initiatives. 

Responsible for:

  • Providing general support across digital enablement projects. 

  • Assisting with training logistics and onboarding activities. 

  • Supporting data collection, documentation, and reporting. 

  • Helping with stakeholder communications and engagement. 

  • Contributing to project coordination and delivery. 

  • Collaborating with team members to ensure successful outcomes. 

Experience & skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a support or coordination role within technology, learning & development, change & communications, or project management

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills. 

  • Quick learner and adaptable to new tasks. 

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools. 

  • Team-oriented and willing to support various initiatives. 

  • Reliable and detail-oriented. 

  • Collaborative and team-oriented. 

  • Adaptable and proactive. 

  • Training and design experience is preferred 

  • Experience in AI based technology is preferred 

  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
