We are looking for a professional who is passionate about the Hospitality Industry, wants to be part of a winning team, strives for perfection, and is a hands on Manager.
The person we are looking for will be responsible for assisting in the smooth day to day running of the Hotel Operation, with a particular focus on the Food & Beverage Departments of the hotel.
• Must have an F&B background with emphasis on F&B service.
• Some knowledge of Front Office operations would be an advantage.
• Must be a self starter, with good communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems on the spot.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and satisfaction at all times.
• Able to represent company in a professional and competent manner.
• Ability to assume further responsibilities.
• Minimum 4 Star hotel background is desirable.
