Front of House Administrator

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full time Front of House Administrator to join our team.

Main responsibilities for the role:

* Provide a welcoming and professional reception service to our customers via numerous communication platforms.

* Maintain the successful day to day operations of our office.

* Manage team diaries and customer appointments.

* Create and maintain project files.

* Manage company timesheets.

* Provide high quality administrative support to our team.

* Maintain an active social media presence for the company.

* Prepare and issue customer quotations.

* Organise stocktaking and maintain sufficient levels of office supplies.

* Carry out cleaning duties where required to ensure our office is presentable and a safe environment at all times.

* Liaise with Managing Directors, colleagues, clients and other professional bodies as required.

Essential Criteria:

* Experience in a front of house/administrational role in busy office environment or recently qualified in a relevant discipline.

* Be enthusiastic and driven with excellent interpersonal skills.

* Enjoy working as part of a team with the ability to work well under their own initiative.

* Thrive in a busy environment, be a strong multi-tasker with the ability to successfully manage numerous demands.

* Possess excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.

* Be proficient in IT packages including Microsoft Word, Excel and SharePoint.
