International Currency Exchange (ICE) is one of the world’s largest providers of Travel Money and travel related financial services. ICE currently has exciting opportunities for Foreign Exchange Sales Consultants to join the team based at Cork Airport. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to passengers as they travel, ensuring they receive first class advice on their travel money needs. Operating with up to 40 different currencies from around the world, you will need to be accurate, and have excellent attention to detail.
We are looking for people with the following skills, however full training is provided:
• Minimum 1 year proven Sales experience
• Minimum 1 year proven Customer Service experience
• Minimum 1 year proven Cash Handling experience
We are looking for individuals who are sales motivated, energetic, numerate, responsible and reliable and are able to demonstrate the ability to remain calm under pressure. You would be providing a professional, fast, friendly and efficient service to our valued customers.

You will work a shift rotation of 4 days in work followed by 2 days off work throughout the year, 8 hours per day (162 hours per month), between the hours of 5am to 12am.
You must be able to provide a 5 year reference history to meet airport pass requirements.
