HR Generalist
Job Description
As a Human Resources Generalist, you’ll coordinate general HR activities, ensure an efficient and friendly application of HR processes, and support our People Business Partners in all aspects of the employee life cycle in a non-formal, dynamic, and innovative environment. On a day-to-day, you will:
- Be the first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing guidance in line with company policies and procedures
- Assist in creating and reviewing HR policies and procedures
- Support People Business Partners on various projects and initiatives while managing employee relations
Support the onboarding and offboarding processes
Assist with HR reports and data analysis, update HR systems and records, and manage general HR administration tasks
Play an active part in maintaining our unique culture at Wix, guiding employees in our ways, and helping manage and create a positive employee experience
- 2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role
- You have a good working knowledge of Irish employment law and some experience in employee relations
- You’re an amazing listener and communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- You embrace changes, navigate through uncertainty, and think outside the box
- You’re a detail-oriented, highly organized collaborator by nature, have excellent time management skills, and an ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Above all, you are passionate about making things better for everyone
- Able to work 3 days from the office.
