PepsiCo Graduate Programmeis 2 year program designed for high potential graduate students, just like you, into real life business impact roles – with the goal to best prepare you for a successful future. We are now looking to hire a HR Graduate to join the team in Cork, Ireland starting next year for the duration of 2 years, starting in September 2024.

  • We are the concentrate team in PepsiCo (PGCS) working across the Beverage, Nutrition and Snacks categories to deliver concentrate for many of PepsiCo’s mega brands including Gatorade, 7Up and Pepsi.
  • We are at the heart of PepsiCo products, sourcing ingredients to manufacture more than 1,200 recipes for our brands. 
  • We are a global organisation, situated in 15 locations across 6 countries offering careers in various functions from Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Finance, R&D, HR and IT.

Responsibilities

Position Purpose and Primary Accountabilities

  • Support the operations functions with daily HR activities, including but not limited to general queries, absence management, time and attendance reviews and management, back end HR systems support of core processes including Talent Acquisition, HR operations, training etc.
  • Support the extended HR Team in various tasks by providing an all-encompassing HR administrative support service.
  • Support core processes such as induction, exit interviews, probation and training for employees.
  • Playing an active role in the sites engagement and vitality teams actively contributing to idea creation and execution of events onsite
  • Support the onsite communication strategy with timely and effective communications.
  • Support the HR team in preparation for any audits requiring HR input.
  • Ensure all employee issues/queries are dealt with effectively and efficiently. 
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within the HR dept.
  • The above is not an exhaustive list, and the successful candidate will be expected to conduct all reasonable requests in line with their role and responsibilities.

Qualifications

Essential Criteria i.e., qualifications and/or experience (this will be assessed during short-listing)

The successful candidate will ideally:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent with interest in pursuing a career in the area.
  • Excellent Interpersonal/Communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Exhibit a strong ‘can-do’, ‘will-do’ attitude and strong sense of urgency in meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent Administration skills, coupled with an innate attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively as part of an extended HR Team
  • Be an active listener, excellent communicator, has a good drive, proactive and has a hands-on mentality
  • Exceptional attention to detail required and a commitment to delivering high quality output
