IT Internship

The Clear Group is a NI based company comprising a number of businesses including Clear Pharmacy, Clear Day Nurseries and Clear Dental.

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a one-year internship in our IT Department. The hours of work are 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm in our Support Office, based in Belfast.

This role will involve working under the direction of the IT Director, focusing on first line IT Support and C​​​​​ustomer Service. You will be involved in dealing with queries directly from our branches related to computer and telecoms issues and will work to resolve these issues in a timely manner. A basic understanding of computer networking would be an advantage as would a good customer support ethos. There is also scope within this role to assist with the Social Media department for various projects.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​The successful applicant will:​​​​​​​

• Be currently enrolled in an IT/Computing degree.
• Be highly motivated and enthusiastic.
• Have excellent organisational ability.
• Be able to demonstrate good team working skills.
• Have a working knowledge of networking and Windows troubleshooting.
• Have excellent written communication skills.
• Be able to demonstrate an interest in customer care and problem solving.

• Hold a full driving licence with access to a car
