ABOUT THE ROLE AND THE TEAM:

As an entry point to marketing, and content management positions, this role is essential to maintaining our Marketplace standards across our family of brands, providing our valued vendors and internal stakeholders quick updates, process changes and content validation. As a Content Administrator, your day will be varied and include scheduled daily, weekly and monthly tasks focused on communicating with customers and ensuring the visual content on site is maintained at a high standard. You will participate in many ad-hoc projects as we review and update elements of our onsite marketplace.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Making outbound calls to vendors to organize Virtual Tours
  • Communicating with external third-party providers
  • Processing and validating ‘Real Wedding’ content on site
  • Creating and publishing Google Ads for our vendors on-site
  • Researching escalated issues and communicating internal responses
  • Reaching daily and weekly targets for content administration duties for each of our new clients on an ongoing basis, ensuring we are providing a cohesive user experience
  • Communicating with our clients through email about any changes made to their storefronts
  • Troubleshooting opportunity areas and coming up with solutions to streamline processes

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven ability to prioritise and problem-solve
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Working knowledge of and ability to write in American English, Canadian English and British English
  • Strong commitment to deadlines, accuracy, and professionalism
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrate self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm

IT'S A BONUS IF:

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira and Google Suite
  • Familiarity with keyword placement and other SEO best practices
