Service Advisor / Trainee Service Advisor

Trinity Skoda, part of the family-owned and operated Trinity Group, are currently seeking a vibrant, enthusiastic and personable team member to join our experienced team. Reporting to the Head of After Sales you will enjoy a great working environment with an exceptional support team including manufacturer-trained, highly skilled technicians.

Motor industry experience is an advantage but not essential for the role, as full training will be provided. The role may suit if you have a background in other types of busy, Customer facing environments e.g., Hotel / Bar / Reception / Retail / Contact Centre.

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer bookings / advising on progress of service & repair activities / explaining work carried out and associated costs.
  • Deliver exemplary customer service, maintaining and establishing customer relationships.
  • Ensure smooth operation of workflow and administration.
  • Update customer database and maintain records in line with GDPR.
  • Achieve the highest possible Customer Satisfaction scores.
  • Develop improved processes to increase productivity efficiency and customer service.
  • Understand and adhere to manufacturer brand service requirements.
  • Meet and greet customers / represent Trinity Motor Group professionally at all times.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Customer facing role is essential, Motor trade experience not essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team player, capable of working alongside other service desk personnel, workshop colleagues etc.
  • Strong technical system / PC skills, with Auto-view or similar system experience an advantage.
  • Full, valid driving licence for Ireland an advantage.
