Role Purpose
The successful candidate will be responsible for OTC Medicine and Food Supplement Buying working alongside supppliers, store teams and Head Office colleagues. The postholder will ensure the ranges stay relevant, competitively priced, well-stocked and profitable. They will also analyse sales and stock data, plan promotions, negotiate prices and help drive the commercial success of the business.
This is a fast-paced environment and the successful candidate will need to be organised, analytical and confident negotiating with suppliers. They will need to work well with others but can also take ownership of their categories independently. The individual must be a strong communicator and have the ability to build good relationships with colleagues across the business and key suppliers.

Essential Criteria
- Educated to Degree level or (have substantial relevant experience in a similar role)
- Previous expeirence in Buying or Replenishment Buying in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with confidence interpreting reports
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong IT literacy, including MS Excel
- Strong organisational Skills
