Site Director - Applegreen Castlebellingham South

What will I be doing as a Site Director at Applegreen?

  • As the Site Director for Applegreen Castlebellingham South you will have overall responsibility of operating the site in accordance with Applegreen’s operation manual, policies and procedures.
  • The Site Director role will consist of various administration tasks to ensure the highest performance of the store. This includes but not limited to, fuel deliveries, merchandising and presentation of the entire store, stock control, cash handling and assisting in the training, coaching and development of the team and dealing with customer complaints and queries.

Your profile:

  • Currently a Site Manager or Site Director within the retail sector.
  • Experience managing a large team.
  • Experience working/managing food brands.
  • Knowledge of SMS to include daily sales report, stock movement report, create new stock items correctly, audit trails and item sales reports.
  • Knowledge of back office duties including, cash reconciliation, input of wages, input of documents and SMS.
  • Knowledge of disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Experience in recruiting, training, coaching and developing a team.
