What you'll do
Manage the performance of all departmental employees through training, mentoring, guiding and regular appraisals
Lead a team of Store Fresh Availability Controllers to strategically optimise all fresh product lines across the store network. Focus on achieving key performance indicators, including turnover growth and effective write-off control
Optimise turnover and minimise write-offs by analysing daily store orders across all WFM order groups
Detailed forecasting for seasonality and promotional cycles utilising historical data and detailed analysis to ensure optimal stock distribution to the store network
Maintenance of the 'Automatic Stock Replenishment (ASR) system
Product group turnover and write off analysis across the store network to identify growth opportunities
Compile weekly & monthly analysis and reports, including related key store figures and make appropriate recommendations to Regional Supply Chain Director
What you'll need
You have or expect to attain a minimum of a 2.1 degree in any discipline or have a minimum of three years’ management experience
Excellent analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to lead people and obtain results through teamwork
Disciplined approach to organisation, administration and project management with the ability to work to strict deadlines and adapt quickly to new situations
Well-developed interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly to new situations
PC and Google Workspace proficiency (Google Sheets skills required)
Full driving license
Previous supply chain or data analysis experience is beneficial

- €64,500 rising to €84,500 after 3 years
