šŸ’¼Ā What You’ll Achieve

As aĀ Talent Acquisition Analyst, you’ll work closely with a collaborative team to plan and execute recruitment activities that support our business goals. You’ll help shape short- and long-term hiring strategies to ensure we attract top talent.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • šŸ”Ā Building candidate pipelinesĀ through advertising, referrals, direct sourcing & networking
  • 🧠 Screening and interviewingĀ candidates to match them with the right opportunities
  • šŸŽÆĀ Guiding hiring managersĀ on best practices like Competency-Based Interviewing (CBI)
  • šŸŒĀ Sourcing diverse talentĀ using innovative and cost-effective methods
  • šŸ¤Ā Creating a seamless candidate experienceĀ from first contact to offer
  • šŸ«Ā Supporting on-campus events and presentationsĀ to engage future talent (internally & externally)
  • šŸ“¢Ā Representing Dell TechnologiesĀ at recruitment events and career fairs

Essential Requirements:

  • 🧲 Passion for hiring top talent (0–2 years’ experience in TA, agency or in-house)
  • ⚔ Positive, can-do attitude and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • 🌐 Experience sourcing candidates via social channels and building talent pools
  • šŸ’¬ Strong communication and organizational skills
  • 🧩 Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset
  • šŸ”„Ā Proactive and flexible approachĀ to adapt to changing priorities and business needs

Desirable Requirements:

  • šŸŽ“ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field
  • 🧪 Previous experience in recruitment (especially IT-focused)
