Purpose of the Role:

Children’s Health Ireland is entering an exciting new phase as we prepare for the opening of the new children’s hospital.

The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a key leadership role in shaping how CHI attracts, engages and hires exceptional people to deliver world-class paediatric healthcare.

This role will lead the Talent Acquisition (TA) team to implement an innovative, data-driven and candidate-focused recruitment model that supports CHI’s workforce strategy, enhances stakeholder experience, and strengthens our employer brand across all sites.

Essential Criteria:

✨ A third-level qualification in Human Resource Management or relevant area.

OR

A minimum of 5 years’ generalist HR experience with completed HR qualification,

✨ At least 5 years’ relevant post graduate experience, with minimum of 2 years in a leadership role managing a recruitment or talent acquisition team.

✨ Proven experience delivering end-to-end recruitment in a complex organisation, including international campaigns and proactive sourcing.

✨ Demonstrated experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital sourcing tools.

✨ Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.

✨ Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment
