Technical Support Engineer

Euro Games Technology is a slot machine manufacturer from Bulgaria. EGT Leisure Ireland is a subsidiary of Euro Games Technology.

We offer our clients onsite technical support along with remote troubleshooting.

EGT Leisure has been situated in Ireland for over 2 years and is looking to expand its technical support team.

Duties:

Work will vary from assembling and installing machines to replacing monitors, machine computers, and various other internal parts of machines.

Other work involves stock management, parts ordering, and other support within our office.

Requirements:

• Technical knowledge is a must
• Problem-solving and out of box thinking are required (problems are not always visible)
• Applicants will need a good manner in dealing with customers
• Must hold a full Irish Driving license & personal transport for work all over Ireland

We are inviting applications from Graduates or self-taught techies with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Training will be done on a rolling basis from office-based training to onsite live training.

Location:

The successful candidate will be based out of our Dundalk office with travel required for onsite work. Flexibility is required in relation to possible overnight trips, which generally do not occur very often.
