The position is based in our offices in Colchester.

You will learn everything there is to know about personal injury, negligence, commercial claims and so much more, in an environment where you are supported and encouraged to do your best work.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience of using all Microsoft Office programs
• Strong spelling, grammar, data entry and typing skills
• Attention to detail
• A polite, positive, empathetic, and professional telephone manner is required to take enquiry calls and explain claim decisions that have been made
