Trainee HR Manager

Dunnes Stores is Ireland’s leading retailer positioned at the cutting edge of food and fashion retailing. We have stores in Ireland, Northern Ireland and Spain and are expanding our service and product offer all the time. As a HR Manager, you will work closely with the Senior Management team within the store. The HR Manager is responsible for promoting good employee relations, ensuring legal compliance, along with recruiting, selecting and developing the best people. This means working in a fast moving challenging environment – the job will suit a HR professional who enjoys a hands-on approach.

• Strong interpersonal skills
• The ability to influence and motivate others.

The successful candidates will ideally have:

• 6 months experience in HR.
• A HR related qualification.
