GRADE: 5 JOB PURPOSE: To provide housing advice and assistance to people, who often have complex needs or are facing difficult circumstances with a focus on preventing homelessness. REQUIREMENTS: 1. Possess a minimum of a degree level qualification (level 6*) AND Have at least one years’ relevant experience working in a customer support environment. OR Possess a minimum of a BTEC Higher qualification (level 5*) AND Have at least two years’ relevant experience working in a customer support environment. *refer to the Qualifications Framework APPLICATION PROCESS Application should be made using the on-line application form.
