Effectively manage the performance of staff by setting objectives which will achieve the necessary results and support the continuous improvement of the service. Support Worker
NIGHT SUPPORT WORKERS Do you have 6 Months’ experience (paid or voluntary) of supporting people in a caring role and a full current driving license with access to a car? MACS provides 24/7 supported housing for young people leaving care who are aged between 16 and 21. Young people can live with us for up to 2 years before moving into the community. Support Workers provide an accessible point of contact at night and weekends to promote the protection and safeguarding of young people living at MACS and help them to build skills and confidence to maintain their own homes. PLEASE NOTE: These roles are predominantly Waking Night shifts. MACS Floating Support Service supports young people aged 16-25 in the community who are homeless, at risk of homelessness or need help maintaining their tenancy.
