Previous experience within a kitchen environment would be desirable but not essential as full training will be provided. BACK OF HOUSE OPERATIONS MANAGER / EXECUTIVE CHEF | Circa €69,800 per annum plus 12% bonus scheme All colleagues working in our restaurants, cafés and bars will benefit from the discretionary service charge we add to bills. ABOUT THE ROLE Focusing on excellence, our Back of House Operations Manager will support every aspect involved with the day-to-day operational and management activities of our food service areas, ensuring we provide our guests with a first-class dining experience. Specifically, this will involve direct accountability for our Stores, Central Kitchens and Diner teams to achieve operational KPI’s, including stock, consumption and wastage targets, whilst taking full responsibility for our Health and Safety requirements across the food, beverage and retail divisions. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a leading role in one of the biggest and most diverse food operations in Ireland.  ABOUT YOU As you can imagine, this is a key leadership role requiring an experienced hospitality operator with a passion for service and standards.
