Offaly Reporting to the Post Office Manager, the successful candidate will be required to process social welfare payments, bill payments, lodgements, address customer queries and carry out reporting and balancing of the office on the inhouse IT system, including any other duties as outlined by your manager/post master. Criteria: As this position will involve regular contact with customers, good communication and interpersonal skills is a must. Applicants must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure. Comfortable using computer systems. Must be able to work on own initiative and as part of the team. The Asset Operations function has responsibility for operational and maintenance strategy, policies, planning and standard operating procedures for Water and Wastewater operations both nationally and regionally, ensuring that value for money and customer service is delivered.
