Job Description Working on a team of IT security specialists, and working closely with technical teams responsible for IT, this role will assist in the development and implementation of policies, standards, processes and procedures to drive compliance to best practices, including the NIST Framework, ISO27001, and GDPR (including ISO27701), ensuring that these practices deliver a class-leading control environment across IT and the wider business. The role includes managing training and awareness programmes, delivering key projects in our Information Security strategy, and supporting the management of information security and data breach incidents across the business. Responsibilities • Support the development of our Information Security Management System (ISMS) to help ensure delivery of an Information Security strategy that supports business goals while minimising IT, legal and regulatory compliance risks • Maintain Information Security and Privacy Awareness by developing and delivering training and awareness campaigns to ensure that the organisation is engaged and aware • Support the Group Data Protection & Information Security Manager by assuming the role of Incident Manager as required, and ensure that procedures are adhered to, incidents are managed appropriately and consistently, and are reported in a timely manner • Perform technical IT Security controls reviews and tests to monitor and maintain compliance with daa Information Security policies, corporate processes, and IT related regulation policies and standards, tracking remedial actions to completion • Support IT Architecture in implementing our Security by Design policy, managing projects, delivering controls reviews, including reporting and mitigation management • Support the Data Protection Officer in implementing our Privacy by Design principles, managing and supporting Records of Processing Activities • Manage our IT and Cyber Security Risk profile – assess, evaluate and document IT Risk on an ongoing basis so that IT Management are aware of the IT Risk profile, highlighting changes in risk profile • Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to develop Data Loss Prevention and Cloud App Security strategy and support stakeholders in implementing an integrated approach encompassing access procedures for on-premise and cloud-based systems, serving the needs of diverse groups of users across multiple locations. Qualifications Experience • At least 5-7 years’ experience in IT and / or IT Security, with at least 2 years in a technical IT role – preferably with exposure to a range of IT roles, including some or all the following: IT administration, systems implementation, project management • Experience of leading or supporting Data Protection compliance and governance desirable but not required • Exposure to working in a dynamic environment – both technical and business in a demanding environment delivering 24/7/365 services to customers. Details of Service Dublin South, Kildare and West Wicklow consists of 14 primary care networks. Each Network has Primary Care Teams who provide multidisciplinary services to distinct populations. These teams are based in Primary Care Centres located within the populations they serve Occupational therapists provide services to clients of all ages who live within the catchment area. Occupational therapists are key members of the primary care team and have opportunities to participate in integrated care in collaboration with our acute partners, voluntary agencies and community services across the CHO. The OT will be supported at all times by an experienced OT manager who will provide structured supervision, mentoring and clinical governance. The Occupational Therapy manager will support engagement in continuous professional development and opportunities for engagement in quality improvement initiatives. Primary Care Occupational Therapy Adult The model of service is mainly home based with interventions provided including falls prevention, cognitive rehabilitation, community skills training and self-care reablement. Occupational therapists also provide clinic-based services such as lifestyle redesign groups, health promotion groups, assistive technology training, complex seating assessments and upper limb rehabilitation. The primary focus is on helping the client to achieve their maximum potential in the areas of functional participation, health promotion and occupational wellness. Primary Care Occupational Therapy Paediatrics Occupational therapy is provided to children aged 0 – 18 years on a referral basis. The primary focus is to support children meet their maximum potential, through appropriate assessment and goal directed interventions. The model of service is clinic based and/or school based. Both individual and group interventions are provided as appropriate to best meet the child’s needs. Paediatric occupational therapy interventions are evidence based and could include fine and gross motor skills training, handwriting and sensory integration programmes. The occupational therapist would be expected to liaise with the Children’s Disability Network Teams (CDNT) and Children and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) to ensure the needs of the children who live in the area are best met. The occupational therapist provides child centred interventions with all treatment planning based on the individual needs and goals of the child and their family. Integrated Care for Older Persons Senior Occupational Therapist (linked with Tallaght University Hospital, St James University Hospital, Naas General Hospital): The senior occupational therapist on the integrated older person’s service will work alongside a specialist multidisciplinary service primarily targeting and managing the complex care needs of the older person with multiple co-morbidities across a continuum of care. The overall aims of the service are to develop a person-centred care planning approach that supports robust and timely communication across care settings. You will work to reduce Emergency Department (ED) attendance through the development of care pathways that support GPs and others in assessment of older people with escalating care needs. You will provide support and education to the older person, carers and healthcare professionals. The post holder will be based in the community working closely with our acute hospital colleagues across Frailty @ the Front Door teams and other Older Persons services in the acute sector, primary care, community care and with our voluntary colleagues.
