Almac are excited to recruit a new graduate intake of Analytical Chemists and Analysts to join our growing teams in our Pharma Services and Sciences business units. The roles will primarily support analytical testing to allow us to achieve our customer goals. We have opportunities available in the following areas: Almac Pharma Services: Analytical Development, Quality Control Almac Sciences: Analytical Development, Analytical Services, Quality Control, Spectroscopy Working in our state-of-the-art laboratories, we are committed to helping you achieve your career goals. With a structured programme of technical training, you will quickly develop and maintain sufficient technical knowledge to undertake the chemical analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and products according to set procedures and methods. What we are looking for… To apply for this position, you should hold 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) Grades A*- C, to include Mathematics and English Language, as well as a degree (or equivalent) in an Analytical/Chemistry or Life Science subject which includes a significant chemistry portion or be well on course to achieve this in Summer 2024. You should also possess theoretical knowledge of multiple laboratory techniques as well as some practical experience of performing analysis in a laboratory, either in a work or academic setting.
