Psychology Lab Technician
Purpose of Position: The holder of this post will be responsible for the management of the Psychology Laboratory and associated resources within the department of Psychology, NCI. The role involves providing support to staff and students for research activities and teaching related to research methods, including the use of physical and digital/virtual laboratory resources. The post holder will have teaching responsibilities, which will include teaching support for the Final Project module and acting as the module coordinator and lecturer for the Psychology Labs module on the BA (Hons) Psychology full- and part-time programmes. Main purpose of the role: Manage and motivate your team, ensuring the store operates efficiently and effectively and to provide our customers with the very best customer service experience at all times. The ideal candidate will have/be: - 2 years` experience in a customer service facing role is desirable • Excellent communication skills • The ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi task under pressure • The ability to organise work, delegate responsibilities and support team members in the store.
