Airport Cleaning Team Members
Dublin Airport offers a wide and diverse range of services to both our Airline partners, Ground Handling agents and additional internal and external service areas, operating in a busy Airport environment the Airport Cleaning Team Members are essential in delivering a world class passenger experience for our customers. The primary focus of the Airport Cleaning Team Member will be to ensure the quality of cleaning and sanitisation of all passenger facilities across the full airport journey in a highly visible manner. Successful candidates will report directly to the Service Delivery Team Leaders. Team members will embrace the role, becoming the ‘face of Dublin Airport’ to convey a professional, helpful, friendly attitude and service to all Dublin Airport users. Team members will rotate between duties on a roster basis and will operate cross-terminal and campus wide. Tasks are allocated based on demand, and team members will be required to be agile and move from areas / tasks, as directed by on-shift supervision, responding to any changes in the plan during a shift. These roles are shift based roles and will provide 24/7 coverage throughout the airport. Hourly rate for the role is currently €16.14 (inclusive of shift pay). Selling Partner Support Associate
The Selling Partner Support Associate acts as the primary interface between Amazon and our business partners. The Selling Partner Support Associate will be responsible for providing timely and accurate operational support to Merchants selling on the Amazon platform. The successful candidate has an immediate, distinct effect on the experience of customers of Amazon, making a strong record of customer focus a high standard for the role. A Selling Partner Support Associate is expected to address chronic system issues, provide process improvements, develop internal documentation, and contribute to a team environment, all while adhering to service level agreements for phone and/or email cases. This is a work from home role based in the Republic of Ireland. Our services are based upon a Family Centered Practice Model in line with the Progressing Disability Services. This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team in Balbriggan. The successful candidate will have the following essential requirements: · A University Degree or Diploma obtained with first or second class honours in which Psychology was taken as a major subject and honours obtained in that subject. · A recognised postgraduate qualification in Clinical Psychology · Three year’s post-qualification experience with a minimum of two years working with children with disabilities · Experience of completing standardised cognitive assessment with children. · Excellent report writing skills · Excellent communication, initiative and time management skills · Flexibility and teamwork skills which are key to this role Desirable requirements: · Experience working with children with intellectual disabilities · Experience working with children with physical disabilities · Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder · Experience completing Assessment of Need · Full driver’s license and access to car It must be clearly demonstrated in your CV and supporting statement how you meet the required skills, competencies and knowledge for the post.
