GRADE:  4/6 JOB PURPOSE: To assist the IT Lead/Senior Developers and the IT Systems Development Manager in the design, development and delivery of high-quality technology solutions that address business needs, and to work in collaboration with business and supplier teams as required in defined areas. To complete the IT Developer trainee programme: REQUIREMENTS: 1. Possess a minimum of an NVQ Level 4, BTEC Professional diploma, HNC, Certificate of Higher Education, Higher apprenticeship or equivalent in Software Development.
