Creating a continuous culture of open communication within your store team. · The ability to build strong working relationships with the store management team and district management · Manage the overall staffing requirements to ensure the store has adequate, trained employees to meet business needs and sales objectives especially during peak or seasonal periods. · Have a previous track record of meeting and exceeding predetermined KPIs with the ability to drive sales performance. · Develop a strong customer focus ensuring that the customers animal’s needs are continuously met, ensuing your team put customers and their pets are the forefront of everything they do. · Hire all store personnel and develop your team through company onboarding and continuous learning with succession plans in place for your store. · Preparation of weekly store schedule and management of personnel costs are store level. · Delivery of excellent store standards with adherence to company merchandising layouts.
