Community Support Worker/s, Outreach Services
WE ARE CURRENTLY RECRUITING FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS Post 1: Community Support Worker Contract: Specified Purpose, Part- Time (7.5 hrs per week) Roster: Sat: 9am to 2.30pm / Sun: 8.30am to 10.30am Post 2: Community Support Worker Contract: Permanent, Part- Time (11.5 hrs per week) Roster: Thurs: 12:00 - 17:00 / Fri: 08:30 - 15:00 Location: Support is being sought for a mature gentleman in the Killarney Area. Start location Killarney - working also from Killorglin Hub. *Please note, the above Roster may be subject to change due to the operational requirements of the service* The Role: A typical day will include transporting the individual to his community base and supporting him to carry out his identified activities and goals. This is a lone working post, therefore experience working with behaviours that challenge would be an advantage. The position would suit someone who enjoys the outdoors and walking whilst working at the person's own pace. The core activities for the post of Support Worker will include planning and setting goals with the person to assist them in meeting their personal, social, recreational, academic, independent living, community integration, training and supported employment needs. The Candidate: Essential: • Qualified to at least degree level in a Marketing, Business or Communications related subject. • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar roles. • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices. • Experience with B2C social media, Google AdWords, email campaigns, and SEO / SEM. • Excellent understanding of web analytics tools. • Excellent attention to detail. • Analytical mindset and critical thinking. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
