The Limerick Advisory team delivers a range of CF advisory services across a number of sectors. The most common types of transactions being negotiated and managed are in the areas of: Healthcare, Project Finance (public sector/infrastructure), Debt Advisory, Financing (including scaling & VC assignments) and Restructuring (including larger formal insolvency appointments). Our advisory team works closely with our colleagues in our specialist M&A and DD/VDD teams – both of which are primarily Dublin-based. This role differs from a conventional M&A role in that most of the assignments handled are advisory and/or hybrid in nature – rather than purely mandate-driven.
