Senior Commercial Manager
Job Title: Senior Commercial Manager Reporting to: Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) Hours of Work : Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm (occasional travel or participation in events outside of these hours will be required) Job Purpose: Contribute to and lead on delivery of the commercial strategy at Belfast International Airport, by implementing and managing a proposition which continually enhances the customer experience and thus delivers optimal commercial and strategic business outcomes. Create continued competitive advantage for the airport by using data, insights, relationships, innovation and new initiatives. Identify and negotiate with potential F&B / retail providers to enhance the airport’s commercial proposition as well as maximise income and profitability. Manage and optimise other income streams (fast track, surface access, car hire etc) and take an innovative approach to expanding and delivering new sources of revenue for the airport. Project Administrator
Role Purpose In line with our strategic plan, we are increasing our collaborations at a national and international level and increasing the number of research projects carried out annually. Our project portfolio is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced Project Administrator. This is a key role that provides comprehensive administrative support across multiple projects, helping to ensure projects, and project sub-tasks, are delivered on time and in compliance with all relevant requirements. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, organised and hardworking with demonstrable experience in administering EU-funded projects. S/he will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the smooth execution of projects activities and contribute to the overall success of our project portfolio.
