Salary Scale Remuneration: (pro-rata for part-time hours) €30,810 – €32,543 – €32,969 – €33,835 – €35,100 – €36,366 – €37,634 – €38,555 – €39,596 – €40,805 – €41,661 – €42,858 – €44,067 – €46,335 – €47,948 Person Specification The person appointed will be required to have an understanding and respect for working according to the mission and ethos of the Brothers of Charity. This requires a personal commitment to the vision expressed both in words and in style of working. The person appointed will be flexible, innovative, and provide an efficient secretarial/administrative service. The role is characterised by providing a confidential and supportive environment in which the Manager may efficiently and effectively conduct the business of the area. Qualifications, Skills & Experience The appointee must have: A secretarial qualification that includes a sound working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, e-commerce, and internet. At least 3 years administrative experience to discharge the functions of the post in a satisfactory manner (essential). Effective communication, interpersonal, and team-working skills. Excellent organisational and coordination skills. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Commitment to teamwork. Confident, interested, enthusiastic, and possessing a friendly and positive approach to service users and staff. Ability to be flexible and work on own initiative. Administration Officer Payroll & Pensions
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the following post: Administrative Officer Grade VI Payroll & Pensions Permanent Whole-time The Payroll & Pensions Officer is a senior position within the Finance Department, with responsibility to manage the payroll process for approximately 400 multidisciplinary staff and manage and administer monthly pension payments. The role has responsibility for overseeing a dedicated team of payroll and pension administrators. The candidate will require previous experience of payroll and pensions and extensive knowledge of statutory regulations and HSE terms and conditions.
