Junior Fleet Technology Technician / Trainee – MTS
MTS is looking for a reliable, practical and hardworking person to join the business. This is a hands-on role and would suit someone who wants to learn a specialised industry, take on responsibility and build a long-term career. You’ll be working directly with me and learning everything from: * Vehicle technology installations * GPS tracking systems * Remote tachograph systems * Customer support * Organising jobs and day-to-day operations * Problem-solving and fault finding * Learning how the business operates both in the office and out on the road The role is a genuine mix of office work and being out on the road. We look after customers throughout Ireland, so there is plenty of driving involved. You’ll spend time learning our systems, dealing with customers, travelling to customer sites, fitting equipment, setting systems up and helping customers get up and running. Requirements: * Full, clean Irish driving licence held for at least 2-3 years (essential) * Fluent English (essential) * Good attitude and willingness to learn * Reliable, punctual and hardworking * Comfortable dealing with customers * Comfortable using computers and technology * Practical and good with your hands * Able to work on your own initiative * Enjoys driving, variety and problem-solving * Willing to get stuck in and take on responsibility An interest in trucks, transport and the haulage industry would be a definite advantage, but direct experience isn’t essential. The role will initially start with a training and trial period to make sure it’s the right fit for both sides. Maintenance Technician Job Overview Norbrook Laboratories Ltd is seeking to recruit a multi-skilled Shift Maintenance Technician based within our Maintenance Department the successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out day to day electrical and mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing facility comprising of both preventive and reactive duties. The candidate is a critical member of Central Services Maintenance team and will take the lead role in maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing machinery forming part of our pharmaceutical manufacturing plant. The individual must also be willing to perform maintenance tasks for production output support as part of a team.
